Ten years ago, I chose to adopt a plant-based diet for health reasons. To ensure that I consumed fresher and more organic products, I started growing mushrooms for my personal consumption. Eventually, I began sharing them with close family and friends. As I realized that there was a need for sustainable options for local consumers in the Virgin Islands, I decided to establish Virgin Spore.
At Virgin Spore, we're proud to be a part of the local community. Located in West End, Tortola, we pride ourselves on growing the finest premium gourmet mushrooms the Virgin Islands has to offer.
Virgin Spore mushrooms are grown in small batches and are personally harvested right on time. We are proud to offer the Virgin Islands widest variety of speciality mushrooms.
